Sara MacLean CDM, CFPP is an experienced culinary professional specializing in meal production and dining services management. Currently serving as the Meal Production Manager at Central Texas Food Bank since June 2023, Sara previously held positions including Senior Campus Executive Chef at Erickson Senior Living and Director of Dining Services at Dwyer Home at Fairing Way. Additional experience includes expertise as Executive Chef at Scandinavian Communities and Sous Chef at Alpine Country Club. With a strong background in menu development, recipe creation, brand management, and scouting for new locations, Sara graduated with an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Boston in 2015.
