Delta Garcia has over two decades of experience in community relations and program management. Since December 2009, Delta has served as an Agency Relations Representative for the Capital Area Food Bank of Texas, focusing on compliance monitoring and organizational assessments for community and faith-based partners while developing corrective action plans and capacity-building initiatives. Prior experience includes a directorial role at House of Little Angels Learning Center, where management of staff and academic support programs for students was prioritized, and as Coordinator at the Austin Travis County Advocate Program, where Delta facilitated youth engagement with community service and mentoring activities. Delta holds an Associate's degree in Social Work from Concordia University, completed in 1998, and graduated from Crockett High School in 1982.
