Lacey Davis

Lacey Hartford is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering, product management, and agile delivery across various sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Principal at PostFinitude since January 2024, Lacey previously held the position of VP Engineering for TruAudience at TransUnion from June 2021 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading a global engineering organization to develop a marketing technology line of business. At U.S. Bank, from November 2017 to May 2021, Lacey oversaw the Enterprise DevOps engineering and product organization, streamlining processes for over 10,000 engineers. Lacey's career also includes key roles at InterContinental Hotels Group, WebMD, AirTran Airways, and Consolidated Cordage, with a focus on project management, agile practices, and strategic program execution. Lacey holds a MIT Schwarzman College of Computing Certificate in Data Science and Machine Learning, an Executive Education Certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
