Rick MacCleoud

Rick MacCleoud is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Central Trust Company, where Rick also serves as the Senior Software Architect and Operations Officer. Prior to this role, Rick worked as the lead .NET developer at the Missouri Office of Administration and gained experience as a Computer Information Technologist at the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Rick holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University.
