Ashley Highsmith

Ashley Highsmith is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in special education and support roles. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher and Special Education Aide at Central Unified School District since September 2014, Ashley provides instructional support, behavior management, and clerical assistance within special education programs. Additionally, Ashley works as an Education Specialist in English and Math at Hayward Unified since August 2018. Previous experience includes a multifaceted role as Receptionist, After School Coordinator, and Food Supervisor at ACEL Fresno Charter High School from August 2013 to April 2014. Ashley holds a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from California State University, Fresno.
