Alex Lowell

Alex Lowell is a Project Engineer at Central Utah Water Conservancy District, specializing in the development of preventative maintenance tasks and the management of work management systems for various O&M departments since September 2018. Previous roles include Staff Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed collaboration with asset management and GIS teams, as well as maintaining the asset registry and creating data visualizations using PowerBI and Tableau. As an Asset Management Intern, significant contributions included populating and editing asset databases and authoring knowledge transfer documents. Earlier experience as a Water Quality Research Intern at Wasatch Front Water Quality Council involved analyzing water samples and assessing the impact of treatment plants on fish populations. Alex began a career as a Hazardous Waste Technician during time at BYU Risk Management. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, completed in 2019.
