Carolyn Openshaw Quigley

Carolyn Openshaw Quigley has over two decades of experience in water management and engineering administration. Currently serving as an Engineering Administrative Assistant at Central Utah Water Conservancy District since August 1999, Carolyn previously held roles as a Pretreatment Inspector and Secretary in the Water Department for the City of Orem from January 1996 to August 1999. Carolyn's educational background includes studies at Utah Valley University.
