Gary Brimley

Gary Brimley currently serves as a Water Rights Engineer at the Central Utah Water Conservancy District, focusing on asserting and defending water rights positions and identifying rights for acquisitions. Previously, Brimley held multiple roles at the Utah Division of Water Rights, including Region Engineer, Adjudication Engineer Manager, Assistant Region Engineer, and Proof Engineer, managing water rights activities and staff across various regions, overseeing adjudication processes, and ensuring compliance with water rights laws. Prior to this, Brimley worked as a Scientist at Science and Technology Corporation, coordinating test-related documentation and maintaining databases. Brimley holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from Utah State University.
