Michael Whimpey

Michael Whimpey has over two decades of experience in water management and engineering. Since 2000, Michael has held various positions at the Central Utah Water Conservancy District, including Assistant General Manager, Chief Engineer, and Project Manager. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Staff Engineer at Franson Noble & Associates from 1999 to 2000. Michael holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University, earned in 1999 and 1998, respectively.
