Sam Zacharias

Sam Zacharias, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Central Utah Water Conservancy District since September 2021, Sam manages the monthly general ledger close process, assists in annual budget preparation, and supports financial reporting efforts. Prior to this role, Sam worked at Woodbury Corporation from July 2014 to August 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating the lender draw process for real estate development projects and providing accounting support for hospitality operations. Sam holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from Southern Utah University and both a Bachelor's and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Utah Valley University.
