Kim LaGue

Kim joined CVHHH in 1990 and has, since, worked in almost every department of the agency. Kim spent many years as the Rehabilitation Specialist overseeing the therapy program and managing the therapists on staff.

As COO, a position she assumed in 2012, Kim supports the quality management department and serves on the strategic planning team. In her role, Kim works closely with CEO Sandy Rousse to oversee all program operations and the Intake department. Kim also focuses on outreach with the community partners and collaborates with the agency’s marketing and community relations teams to develop new programs and outreach initiatives.
