Allen Yearick has a diverse work experience in various healthcare and administrative roles. Allen began their career at Woodbridge Rehabilitation and Health Center as an AIT/Asst Administrator from March 2009 to November 2010. Allen then served as an Interim Administrator at Highland Pines Rehabilitation and Nursing Center/Highland Terrace ALF from March 2011 to August 2011. From May 2012 to April 2013, they worked as an Executive Director at Heritage Healthcare. Allen Yearick continued their career as an Interim Administrator at Gulf Shore Rehab from March 2014. Allen later took on the role of Administrator at Bonifay Nursing and Rehab Center from an unknown date to November 2016. Allen then became the Administrator at HarborChase from December 2016 to May 2017. Allen Yearick has a comprehensive education history. Allen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology/Psychology from West Virginia University, where they studied from 1972 to 1977. In pursuit of further qualifications, Yearick attended the University of Minnesota from 1980 to 1982, completing a Master of Hospital Administration degree, specializing in Hospital Administration. Allen decided to enhance their expertise by returning to the University of Minnesota for another period from 2007 to 2009, completing an additional Master of Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management degree.
Additionally, Yearick obtained a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business from 2007 to 2009. During this time, they also pursued a second Gerontology degree from the University of South Florida with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Finally, Yearick completed a Gerontology degree with a specialization in Long-Term Care (LTC) from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business from 2008 to 2009.
