Leslie Malotky has an extensive background in IT project management and relationship management roles. Leslie has held various leadership positions in reputable companies such as EFCO Corporation, Apogee Enterprises, Inc., Wausau Window and Wall Systems, and Johnson Controls, where she was responsible for overseeing global IT demand, supply, and resource management functions. With a solid track record in developing PMOs, implementing process improvements, and managing a diverse portfolio of projects, Leslie has consistently demonstrated her expertise in driving organizational change and fostering continuous improvement.

Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra
The CWSO presents an annual subscription series to the residents of Central Wisconsin. Now in its 75th year, this regional orchestra comprises 75 professional musicians. Education is an integral part of the mission of the CWSO, presenting master classes with guest artists, hands-on music education experience for area primary and secondary students, the Dorothy Vetter Memorial Educational Concerts for area fourth grade students and chamber concert series. The CWSO also manages the Central Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestra Program, comprising of 6-12 grade students from many central Wisconsin schools. This Program offers 2 ensembles- Philharmonia and Youth Symphony Orchestra. The CWSO offices are located on the second floor of the beautiful Smith Scarabocchio Art Museum on the corner of Water and Main in downtown Stevens Point.
