William Bayliss has over a decade of experience in customer care and fitness instruction. Currently serving as a Customer Care Manager at Hastings Direct since July 2011, William manages claims and retail complaints while motivating the team to consistently achieve targets. Previous roles include Customer Care Team Leader, Customer Care Specialist, and Intelligence Operative. In addition to customer service, William works as a Customer Relations Executive at AXA – Global Healthcare and has been a Fitness Instructor at YMCAfit since December 2018, actively pursuing certification as a Personal Trainer. William's educational background includes a degree in Physical Education and Sport from the University of East Anglia.
