Thomas Garnier

Thomas Garnier serves as Programme Academic Director for the MSc&T "Space Business Strategy" at CentraleSupélec since March 2023, focusing on equipping professionals for the Space Tech Ecosystem. Concurrently, Garnier is a Lead Startup Mentor for Starburst Aerospace's BLAST program and Programme Lead for the MEng Space Engineering at Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile, as well as for the MEng Newspace at Université Paris-Saclay. With extensive experience as a Cubesat Systems Engineer at LATMOS and a self-employed lecturer on innovation and space mission planning, Garnier has also held leadership roles as CEO of DEFAB and COO of Axonea. Additionally, Garnier's engineering background includes a notable tenure as CTO at the University of Versailles St-Quentin and experience as a Mechanical Conception and Tests Engineer at the Space Research Centre, University of Leicester. Garnier's educational credentials encompass advanced masters and degrees in entrepreneurship and planetary sciences from institutions including CentraleSupélec, ESSEC Business School, and Pierre and Marie Curie University.
