Hubert Skoneczny

Hubert Skoneczny is a Senior Project Manager at Centralny Port Komunikacyjny since February 2022, specializing in airport infrastructure design, civil engineering, UAV photogrammetry, laser scanning, BIM, GIS, and innovative Smart Mobility projects. Prior to this role, Hubert served as a Project Manager at the Institute of Aviation, leading initiatives aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of Polish plant products through modern remote sensing technologies and sustainable agricultural practices. Hubert's earlier experience includes working as a Customer Experience Analyst at TELUS International, and holds a Master's degree in Geodesy and Cartography from Warsaw University of Technology.
