Austin Schmidt

Austin Schmidt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both military and civilian roles. Currently serving as a Staff Sergeant in the 147th Army Band with the Army National Guard since April 2012, Austin has progressed through various positions, demonstrating leadership as Assistant Team Leader and musical proficiency as a Senior Musician. In the technology sector, Austin has been with CentralSquare Technologies since November 2018, holding multiple product owner roles, managing product delivery backlogs for CAD integrated applications, and acting as a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams. Previous experiences include working as a Sales Representative at HI ROLLER CONVEYORS, where Austin specialized in designing grain handling solutions, and in academic settings as a Business Manager for the Union Board of Governors at Augustana College. Austin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Music from Augustana University.
