Simone Easter

Simone Easter is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CentralSquare Technologies since February 2025, Simone has previously held significant positions such as Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Manager at Phreesia, as well as a Senior Employee Success Business Partner at LLamasoft, Inc. Notably, Simone has contributed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives while supporting Engineering and Customer groups. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Domino's Pizza focused on Team Member Relations, and an HR Generalist at Chrysler. Simone holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University, where a Bachelor of Science in Psychology was also obtained.
