Wendy Cotton

Wendy Cotton is an experienced Senior Technical Consultant at CentralSquare Technologies, having been with the company since December 2006, where responsibilities include reviewing Request For Proposal and Statement of Work documents, creating system orientation materials, conducting client site visits, and writing reports on findings. Prior to this role, Wendy served as a Trainer at TriTech Software Systems from 2001 to 2004, focusing on end user training and documentation. Wendy's career in emergency services began at Emergency Medical Care, where work as an Emergency Dispatcher/Paramedic involved managing high-stress situations and assisting with software configuration for dispatch communication systems.
