David Streliski

David Streliski, M.Sc., CFA, Qualified Risk Director®, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. David has held senior leadership positions in companies such as Investissement Québec, where they served as Senior Director of Integrated Risk Management and Financial Governance. Additionally, they co-founded and served as the Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Operating Officer of Koïos Intelligence. David also worked at EY as an Executive Risk Consultant, leading transformative projects for a large financial institution.

In terms of their risk management expertise, David served as the President of Streliski Risk Consulting, where they provided risk consulting services. David also held positions such as Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, and Global Head of Technology and Business Integration at Fiera Capital Corporation, where they developed and led the enterprise risk governance framework for the organization.

David has also made significant contributions to professional organizations, including serving as a Co-Regional Director of PRMIA Montreal and as a Member of the Board of Directors of PRMIA, representing the Americas.

David Streliski, M.Sc., CFA, Qualified Risk Director®, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Economics from HEC Montréal, which they obtained in 1993. In 1995, they completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Applied Economics from the same institution. Following this, in 1999, they earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute. Most recently, in 2023, they obtained the Qualified Risk Director® certification in Risk Governance from The DCRO Institute. Additionally, in 1990, they pursued a minor in Computer Science and Economics from the Université de Montréal.
