Laurent Alberti is an experienced architect and urban planner, currently serving as Architecte et urbaniste en chef de l’État and conservateur des monuments nationaux at the Centre des monuments nationaux since January 2017. Previously, Laurent held the position of Chef du Département d'Histoire de l'Architecture et de l'Archéologie de Paris at Ville de Paris from September 2010 to December 2016, and worked as Chef du service technique in the Département Construction Entretien des Bâtiments at CG 92 from 2007 to 2010, focusing on programming studies and project management. Laurent has also contributed to architectural education by teaching urban planning law at the Ecole d'architecture de Versailles from September 2004 to January 2009 and has significant experience as an architect at Opus 4 Architectes, overseeing social housing and public space projects. Laurent's educational background includes a degree in Architecte du patrimoine from École de Chaillot and an Architecte DPLG degree from Ecole nationale supérieure d'architecture de Versailles.
