Lionel Arnault

Lionel Arnault currently serves as Vice President for Culture, Heritage, and Musical Education at Agglomération pays d'Issoire and as Mayor of Ternant les eaux, both since May and June of 2020, respectively. With extensive experience at the Centre des monuments nationaux since April 2006, Lionel Arnault has taken on roles including Administrator and Deputy Administrator, focusing on team management and budget execution for monument operations. Prior to this, between April 1996 and March 2006, Lionel Arnault held multiple positions at the Musée du Louvre, including Deputy Director and Head of the Public Reception and Collection Surveillance Department, where responsibilities included implementing museum security policies and managing large teams. Lionel Arnault's education includes a degree from the University of Montpellier from 1991 to 1995.
