Daniela Mucuceanu

Director, Clinical Information Systems at CAMH

Daniela Mucuceanu has a strong background in information systems and project management. Daniela began their career at Nortel Networks as a Software Quality Engineer, where they led load and performance testing for a business communications system. Afterward, they joined Mount Sinai Hospital Toronto as an Operations Manager, where they oversaw the technical operations for the Cerner System and led strategic planning for the hospital's electronic patient record systems. Most recently, they worked at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) as a Senior Technical Project Manager and later as the Director of Clinical Information Systems, where they were responsible for developing and implementing multi-year strategies and business plans, as well as leading the digital transformation of clinical information systems. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in healthcare technology.

Daniela Mucuceanu obtained their Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Politehnic Institute Bucharest from 1990 to 1995. Daniela also holds additional certifications in ITIL V3 Foundation Certification from ITIL and Management Development Certificate Program from Learning Tree International.
