Debra Orrell

Debra Orrell has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Debra currently works at CAMH as the Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office. Debra started in this position in March 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Manager in the same department from April 2016 to February 2021. Before joining CAMH, they worked at the University Health Network. Their roles there included Senior Project Manager from February 2008 to August 2012, Project Manager from October 2006 to February 2008, Senior Analyst from October 2004 to October 2006, and Analyst from May 2003 to September 2004. Debra also worked as an Analyst at the University Health Network from September 2002 to December 2002. In addition to their work in the healthcare industry, Debra has experience in other fields. Debra worked as a Health Promotion Coordinator at CHEO-Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario from January 2002 to April 2002, as a Science and Technology Analyst at NPS Pharma from May 2001 to August 2001, as a Research Assistant at Sunnybrook from September 2000 to December 2000, and as a Sleep Technologist at The Sleep Clinic from May 1999 to April 2000.

Debra Orrell obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from the University of Waterloo between 1998 and 2003. Debra also holds a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
