Diana Kulpa

Diana Kulpa has extensive experience in health information management and privacy, currently serving as the Interim Manager of Health Information Management & Privacy at CAMH since July 2019, where responsibilities include managing over 40 staff and overseeing significant projects related to health records consolidation and digitization. Prior roles at CAMH included Information and Privacy Officer, providing guidance on privacy obligations under PHIPA, managing risks in research, and co-chairing initiatives for data standardization. Diana also worked as a Privacy Advisor at Trillium Health Partners, where privacy consultations and breach investigations were key components, and as a Privacy Consultant at MD+A Health Solutions, where numerous privacy impact assessments and strategic consultations were executed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Information from the University of Toronto and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Administration and Psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University and Western University, respectively.
