Jennifer Grinfeld, MHSc, MSW, RSW, CHE, serves as the Manager of Patient and Family Experience at CAMH since March 2011, overseeing the Client Relations Office and facilitating conflict resolution between patients, families, and staff. Jennifer has a robust background in social work, providing counseling for addiction issues and facilitating psychoeducational groups in various settings, including the Family Addiction Service. Additionally, Jennifer contributed to the establishment of the Family Advisory Committee while serving as a Fellow in the Office of Family Engagement. Academic qualifications include a Master of Health Science and a Master of Social Work, both from the University of Toronto, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies.
