Myfanwy Marshall

Myfanwy Marshall, LLB, CHRP is an accomplished human resources and labor relations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of People and Experience at CAMH since March 2016, Myfanwy oversees a team providing HR services to approximately 3,550 staff members, managing critical areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and workplace health. Previously, at CN Railway, Myfanwy held the role of Director, People and Legal Counsel, contributing to national negotiation teams for multiple collective agreements. Myfanwy's background also includes significant positions at the Toronto Star, Liquor Control Board of Ontario, and legal practice at Filion Wakely Thorup. Educational credentials include a law degree from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University. Additionally, Myfanwy has a strong commitment to community service, demonstrated through volunteer roles at Dixon Hall and Fred Victor Centre.
