Tim Guimond is a Clinician-Scientist at CAMH and Mental Health Director at HQ Toronto, both positions held since January 2021. Previously, Tim served as a Clinician Researcher and Staff Psychiatrist at St. Michael's Hospital from November 2011 to August 2019, specializing in addictions and concurrent disorders. Tim has an extensive teaching background, having lectured at the University of Toronto from September 2008 to August 2019, focusing on motivational interviewing, statistical techniques, and psychotherapy. Tim's clinical experience also includes working as a Staff Psychiatrist and Clinician Researcher at CAMH from 2008 to October 2011. Tim is completing a PhD in Biostatistics at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, building on a strong educational foundation that includes degrees in Psychiatry and Statistics from the University of Toronto, as well as an MD from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
