Todd's extensive experience includes leading teams in the planning, design, and execution of significant capital projects, particularly in the healthcare sector, with budgets reaching up to $600 million. Educational qualifications include a B.A. (Honours) in Architecture/Art History from Carleton University, a Diploma in Architectural Technology from Sheridan College, and a Certificate in Project Management from Humber College.
