Kritika Anand is a Senior Research Assistant at the Centre for Chronic Disease Control, focusing on environmental health projects, particularly the estimation of disease burden from PM2.5 exposure in Nigeria. Previous experience includes an internship at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, where Kritika evaluated the effectiveness of Ayushman Bharat Health and Wellness Centres, and an environmental health internship at Vital Strategies, providing support for the National Clean Air Program in India. Kritika's early work includes a research assistant role at the Public Health Foundation of India, investigating environmental risk factors for gallbladder cancer and internships involving air pollution studies and emission inventories. Kritika holds a Master of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and is currently pursuing a PhD in Environmental Health at the University of Leicester.
