Rory Rafferty

Rory Rafferty is an experienced program manager currently at CCRM since June 2022 and co-founder of the online coaching platform CoachÉile since March 2020. Previously, Rory held various leadership roles at Mondelēz International, including Business Unit Lead and Interim Business Unit Leader, contributing from April 2019 to June 2022. Rory also has experience as Inventory Control Team Lead at Tyco and as Operations Team Member at Merit Medical Systems, Inc., where earlier roles included Team Lead and Production Operator. Rory's expertise in laboratory work was demonstrated as a Lab Technician at Vysera Biomedical Ltd., focusing on biomimetic material technology. Academically, Rory earned a Master’s degree in Cellular Manufacturing and Therapy from the University of Galway and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Biology and Biopharmaceutical Science from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
