Aditya Srinivasan

Aditya Srinivasan is an experienced program associate currently working with the Centre for Effective Governance of Indian States (CEGIS) since September 2023, collaborating with the Women and Child Development Department of the Bodoland Territorial Council to improve service delivery and feedback systems. Previously, Aditya served as a program associate for the Panchayati Raj Department of the Government of Karnataka, focusing on data-driven governance at the grassroots level. Aditya's background includes roles as a data analyst at WNS and as a research analyst at EPG Economic and Strategy Consulting. Additional experience spans a social and sustainability advisory trainee position at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, where an initiative was executed to support grassroots organizations, and involvement as an EdTech intern at Pratham Education Foundation, implementing a digital readiness course. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Shiv Nadar University, along with educational experience at various institutions, including Chettinad Vidyashram and Temasek Primary School in Singapore.
