Jennie P. is an accomplished academic and research professional with a strong background in communication and interdisciplinary studies. Currently serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of British Columbia since September 2021, Jennie P. also holds the position of Research Assistant and Community Engagement Associate at the Centre for Gender and Sexual Health Equity since June 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Editor at Photographers Without Borders from September 2017 to July 2020. Jennie P. is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies at The University of British Columbia, expected to graduate in June 2024. Jennie P. previously earned a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Ryerson University.
