Ross Burley is a co-founder and executive director of the Centre for Information Resilience, a pioneering non-profit social enterprise in the UK focused on combating disinformation and influence operations. Ross serves as a civilian deployable expert for the UK Government's Stabilisation Unit and has held various leadership roles at organizations such as Zinc Network, Consulum, and Portland. Previous experience includes positions at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and serving as a foreign policy advisor to a member of the House of Commons. Ross holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science from the University of Oxford.
