Aaron Densham

Aaron Densham is an experienced learning design and facilitation professional currently serving at the McKinnon Institute for Political Leadership and the Centre for Public Impact. Since 2019, Aaron has operated an independent practice focused on facilitation, design, and training. Previous roles include positions at Monash Sustainable Development Institute as a Learning Design and Facilitation Specialist, and as a Certified Facilitator for KAOSPILOT. Notable past contributions include facilitating social innovation programs at Monash University and leading initiatives at Impact Co. and The Rites of Passage Institute. Aaron holds dual degrees in History and Conservation Biology from Monash University.
