Dr. Aparna Rawat Ganjoo

Dr. Aparna Rawat Ganjoo has a diverse work experience in various roles and responsibilities. Dr. Aparna started their career as an Intern in Clinical Physiotherapy at Fortis Healthcare in 2008. Dr. Aparna then completed an Internship in Hospital Operations at Gleneagles Global Hospitals in 2010.

From 2011 to 2016, Dr. Ganjoo worked as an Administrator at Dr Lal PathLabs, where they oversaw purchasing and inventory management of lab supplies and equipment.

In 2018, they joined Genx Diagnostics as a Manager of Laboratory Services, focusing on operations, supply chain management, and service excellence. Dr. Aparna also worked briefly as an Assistant Manager at Centre for Sight, responsible for operations and patient care services.

From 2018 to 2020, Dr. Ganjoo served as a Manager at Eye-Q Vision Pvt Ltd, where they managed operations, patient services, quality, special projects, and patient experience.

In 2020, they returned to Centre for Sight as the Center Head, overseeing operations, unit profit and loss, marketing, business development, and clinical program management.

In 2022, Dr. Ganjoo joined Shreya Eye Centre as the Unit Head, focusing on international and domestic business development, patient care, and strategic planning.

Currently, they are the Center Head at Centre for Sight, leading operations, patient care, strategic planning, growth, and branding.

Dr. Aparna Rawat Ganjoo obtained a Certification in Hospitality Administration/Management from Singapore Management University in 2021. Dr. Aparna pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Hospital Administration at INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES, DAVV, INDORE from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Bundelkhand University from 2005 to 2009.
