Odinakachi Nnorom (Odi)

Odinakachi (Odi) Nnorom has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Most recently, in 2019, Odi worked as the Operations Director at the Centre for Skills Development. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, Odi served as the Chief Operating Officer at SK Holdings. From 2015 to 2018, Odi held the role of Operations Manager at Consumer Debtor Protection of Canada Ltd., where they monitored operations processes and analyzed key performance indicators.

Before these positions, Odi worked as the Business Development Manager/General Manager at Mega Wash Laundry from 2009 to 2014, and at Softies Supplies from 2007 to 2009. These roles involved overseeing business development and general management responsibilities.

Odinakachi (Odi) Nnorom completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Ottawa between 1997 and 2000. Prior to this, between 1995 and 1997, Odi attended Carleton University, also studying Economics.

In addition to their formal education, Odi has obtained several certifications. In August 2022, they completed the "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace" program at George Brown College. Odi also holds a Non-Profit Management Certificate from George Brown College, which was obtained in April 2020. In November 2019, they earned the "PSHSA Certification Part 2 for JHSC" from the Public Services Health & Safety Association, and in March 2019, Odi completed "PSHSA Certification Part 1" from the same institution. Prior to these certifications, in November and September 2015, Odi obtained three certificates related to digital analytics and marketing from Coursera, including "Digital Analytics for Marketing Professionals: Marketing Analytics in Practice," "Digital Analytics for Marketing Professionals: Marketing Analytics in Theory," and "Marketing in a Digital World."
