Tracy Jennings-Beach is an experienced educator and communication specialist with a focus on English language instruction and effective communication strategies. Currently serving as an English Second Language Instructor at the Centre for Skills Development and an English Language Teacher at the Immigrants Working Centre since 2020, Tracy emphasizes a collaborative learning environment where both learners and instructors grow together. Previous roles include Communication Specialist at Wolseley Canada Inc. and Internal Communication Specialist at Loblaw Companies Limited, where Tracy developed comprehensive communication plans and engaged employees through creative content. Tracy holds a Diploma in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the Canadian College of Educators, a Bachelor of Public Relations from Humber College, and a Diploma in Technical Theatre from Sheridan College and McMaster University.
