Tanima Pal

Tanima Pal is a Research Analyst at Centre for Social and Economic Progress, currently standing for environmental justice, community rights, and policy reform. Previously, Tanima served as a Research Analyst at Legal Initiative for Forest and Environment and as a Block Project Manager at RGAVP. Tanima has also conducted research on the impact of coal mining on livelihoods at Eastern Coalfields Limited. Tanima holds a M.A in Natural Resources and Governance from Tata Institute of Social Science, and a BSc in Geography from Lady Brabourne College.
