James Brown

James Brown is currently the Head of Operations & Governance at the Centre for Sport and Human Rights. Prior to this, James held various roles such as Director at Circle Squared Higher Education Consultancy and Lead Recruiter for the UK + Europe at MBZUAI. James has a strong background in academic recruitment and development, having served as a Senior Advisor at the United Arab Emirates University and in various roles at the University of Cambridge. James also has experience in journalism and education, having worked as a freelance journalist and Head of History at The International School of Choueifat. James holds a PhD in Asian & Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Cambridge, among other postgraduate degrees.
