Joseph Cyprien

Joseph Cyprien is an experienced medical professional currently serving as the Médecin Expert auprès de la Préfecture des Hautes Alpes at Centre hospitalier des Escartons since March 2006. In addition to this role, Joseph Cyprien holds positions as the President of the Commission Médicale d'Etablissement and as a Chirurgien Urologue at the same hospital. Joseph Cyprien is also the PDG and Founder of the Ecole des Professions Sanitaires et Sociales since August 2017 and served as the Vice President of the Commission Médicale of the Groupement des Hôpitaux des Alpes du Sud from December 2016 to June 2023.
