David Normand

David Normand has extensive experience in project management and optimization within healthcare, currently serving as Ingénieur projet et optimisation des parcours at Centre Hospitalier - Le Mans since March 2021. Prior roles include Cadre Ingénieur Hospitalier focused on bionettoyage and service management, Chargé Emploi - Formation at CAPEB, and co-manager at TOUCH2BOIS, where David specialized in custom creation and layout. David also operated as a micro-entrepreneur and held the position of Directeur d'exploitation at L'entretien - PLD Bourgogne Rhône Alpes. David contributed to the development of educational offerings as Responsable d’ingénierie pédagogique Formation Continue at Néobis Conseil et Néobis Formation. The foundation of David's career includes serving as Gérant of Néobis Conseil, established in 2008 to enhance organizational performance through training and consultancy. Earlier experience with ISS as a Formateur Régional involved overseeing training plans for multiple agencies. David holds a BTS in HPE from Institut National de l'Hygiène et de Nettoyage Industriel.
