Janice Gagnon

Janice Gagnon, M.Sc., currently serves as the Head of Transition in the Surgery, Periop & Technical Platforms Department at CHU de Quebec-Université Laval, where responsibilities include coordinating transformation projects for the New Hospital Complex. Prior to this role, Janice was the Senior Director of Operations at Innovative Labs, focusing on operational management and production processes in American factories. Janice's extensive background includes positions in quality assurance and regulatory affairs at Nestlé Health Science and Atrium Innovations Inc., as well as roles in quality management and laboratory project management. Education includes a Master’s degree in Administration from Université Laval, a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, and various certificates in pharmaceutical product development and food safety. Janice also holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma Lean Management.
