Sergio Fernandes

Sergio Fernandes is the current Director of Information Resources at Centre jeunesse de Montréal - Institut universitaire. Prior to this, they were the Head of Information Technology (CIO) at CIUSSS du Nord-de-l'île-de-Montréal from June 2015 to March 2019. From May 2010 to May 2015, they were the Coordonnateur des Ressources informationnelles at CSSS De la Montagne. Sergio Fernandes started their professional career as a Java Consultant at Logisil Consulting Inc from January 2000 to December 2002. Sergio then worked as a Senior Consultant at CGI from May 2008 to April 2010, where they were responsible for several critical quality and software development mandates for companies such as Banque Nationale and Inovapost. From January 2002 to December 2007, they were the Project and Technical Lead at Motorola, responsible for all phases of a multimillion-dollar R&D project in the area of performance and automation (PCAD System).

Their manager is Sonia Bélanger, CEO. They are on a team with Chantal Careau - Director, Nursing, Kristine Vitez - Director, Multidisciplinary Services, and M. Frank Pigeon - Director, Technical Services.
