Craig Harmsen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Craig started their career as a Shipping/Receiving Assistant at Dynafab Corp. from April 2006 to January 2009. During this time, they focused on loading/unloading trucks and communicating with companies regarding pickups and deliveries.

In 2006, Craig also started working as a Junior Level Umpire at Lubbock Little League, where they officiated baseball games for 12-14-year-olds until June 2009.

From November 2009 to June 2011, Craig worked as a Loss Mitigation Specialist at Litton. In this role, they analyzed risk, negotiated workouts with borrowers, and actively pursued delinquent borrowers to minimize loss severity.

In June 2011, Craig transitioned to Morris Export Services as an IT Administrator until February 2014. Craig maintained the company's network, servers, and workstations, providing support for various Microsoft systems and implementing hardware and software upgrades.

Since February 2014, Craig has been associated with Centre Technologies, initially as an IT Helpdesk Consultant, assisting clients with technical issues and providing white-glove desk-side support. Craig then moved on to become a Lead Helpdesk Consultant, supervising the ticket board and team while working on technical tickets. In October 2018, they were promoted to the Manager of Client Support Services (IT Helpdesk Manager), overseeing up to 40 direct reports across three office locations and handling ticket escalations and flow between teams.

Throughout their career, Craig has consistently showcased their technical expertise, leadership skills, and customer service acumen.

Craig Harmsen attended Texas Tech University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems. In terms of additional certifications, they earned the Cisco Meraki CMNA certification from Cisco Meraki in July 2019, the MCSA Windows 8.1 certification from Microsoft in April 2016, and the A+ certification from CompTIA in January 2015.
