Alberto Carlos is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service and quality control within the real estate and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Care PDI Coordinator at CentreCourt, Alberto excels in managing PDI appointments, ensuring suites are PDI ready, and achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
