Paul Cole

Paul Cole is an experienced professional in customer solutions and operations management with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as a Customer Solutions Specialist at Centred Solutions since May 2023, Paul previously held the role of Head of Off Site Dispensing at Avicenna from June 2022 to April 2023. Prior to that, Paul worked at Hallo Healthcare Group from April 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included Process Improvement Manager and Hub Manager in Off Site Dispensing. A tenure at AAH Pharmaceuticals from January 2005 to March 2018 saw Paul engaged in various roles including interim General Manager, Operations Manager, and Warehouse Supervisor. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration and Management from Cardiff University and furthered education with a Diploma in Management Studies and a Certificate in Management Studies from The Open University.
