Paola Fernandez

Paola Fernandez is a seasoned professional in community development and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Community Development Officer at Centreville Bank since September 2018. In this role, Paola has been instrumental in shaping the bank's community brand identity, managing philanthropic initiatives, and fostering relationships with community-based organizations in Rhode Island and Connecticut. Additionally, Paola is a Practice Seminar Faculty member for the Institute for Nonprofit Practice, facilitating classes for nonprofit leaders. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Community Development at Pawtucket Credit Union, leading public policy and government relations at United Way of Rhode Island, and establishing statewide networks for afterschool programming. Paola holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University.
