Josh Hohbein

Josh Hohbein has a diverse background in various roles. Josh started their career in 2007 at Sykes Enterprises, where they worked their way up from Tier 1 help desk to Call Center Manager. At Sykes Enterprises, they helped grow teams and achieved goals in quality, average handle time, attendance, and adherence.

In 2012, they joined Armor Interactive as a System Administrator, where they provided on-site and remote support to a variety of clients. Josh had experience with Veeam, Esxi, Windows OS, Mac OS, Sonicwall, Ruckus, Exchange, O365, and more.

In 2017, they transitioned to Buffalo Wild Wings as an Interim General Manager. Josh helped open two stores, handled training, inventory, marketing, and day-to-day operations. Josh was also placed as the interim GM for the franchise's second most profitable store.

In 2019, they joined Connecting Point as a Cloud Solutions Architect Engineer. Josh specialized in Microsoft solutions, focusing on Sharepoint, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams Voice, and Azure IAAS, PAAS, SAAS solutions. Additionally, they implemented and managed server, PC, firewall, switch, and wireless solutions for various clients.

Currently, in 2023, Josh is working as an Information Security Lead at centrexIT.

Josh Hohbein completed an Associate's degree in Computer Support Specialist at Bismarck State College from 2013 to 2015. Josh also pursued Business Administration and Management studies at Minot State University, although the exact dates of their enrollment are unknown.

In terms of certifications, Josh has obtained various credentials from different institutions. These include the Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) certification from CWNP in September 2022, the Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty certification from Microsoft in June 2022, and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in October 2021. Josh also holds multiple other Microsoft certifications, such as the MS-101 Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security certification obtained in May 2020, the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification obtained in May 2020, and the MS-100 Microsoft 365 Identity and Services certification gained in March 2020.

Furthermore, Josh has the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA earned in November 2020 and the (ISC)² Candidate designation obtained in September 2022. Additionally, they have acquired the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification from Microsoft in November 2021, the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft in October 2021, the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification from Microsoft in June 2020, and the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft in June 2020.
