Katie McEvoy

Katie McEvoy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katie began their career as a Program Associate at Home Start, Inc., where they organized fundraising events, managed marketing campaigns, and represented the agency at community events. Katie then served as an Administrative Coordinator, where they liaised with the Board of Directors, managed front desk personnel, and coordinated staff events and meetings. At IT4SD, Inc., Katie was an Owner/Vice President, overseeing the company's operations.

Katie later joined General Systems, Inc. as the Director of Operations, where they managed the day-to-day operations of the company for six years. Katie joined Home Start, Inc. again as a Development Coordinator, responsible for organizing fundraising events and managing marketing campaigns.

In 2015, Katie joined centrexIT as an Account Executive and later became the Help Desk Manager, responsible for providing best-in-class customer service, analyzing help desk activities, and developing process improvements. Katie then became the Director of Quality, collaborating across departments to draft quality standards and evaluate production operations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations, where they lead the company's operational teams and develops and implements strategies and goals.

In 2002, Katie worked as an Office Manager at Professional Hearing Associates, Inc., where they managed multiple audiology offices and oversaw office equipment purchasing and training.

Throughout their career, Katie has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to drive organizational strategy, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.

Katie McEvoy completed their high school education at San Pasqual High School, earning a High School Diploma between 1996 and 2000. Katie then pursued their higher education at Palomar College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from 2000 to 2002. Following this, they attended California State University San Marcos from 2002 to 2005, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology.
